When you use the Square Portal, please add your account number to the name line to help us make sure the proper account is credited. You will need your billing statement in order to make the payment because Square has no means to access your account information.

Using the Square Payment Portal is a convenience we have added for the benefit of our customers. Square charges a transaction amount of 3.5% plus 15 cents. The customer is responsible for paying the fee. Any fee not paid will be added to the customers balance and will be added to the next months billing statement.
